On the campus of the University of West Georgia, located in Carrolton, there is an all-new state-of-the-art nursing building that includes laboratories, classrooms, and simulation suites that provide nurses with an opportunity to conduct hands-on training. To simulate true medical facility experiences, the 640,000 square-foot building required HVAC and plumbing systems as well as a vacuum system and medical headboards.
Tebarco Mechanical was called on for the installation of the intricate systems that serve all the many areas of the nursing facility. After all the collaboration and commercial mechanical services were completed, the building won 1st place in the 2014 Build Georgia Award by the Association of General Contractors of Georgia.
