The city of Brookhaven, set just north of Atlanta, Georgia was looking for a place to build its city hall. Upon acquiring a parking lot once owned by MARTA in 2022, the city began planning out the type of facility – contracting with McCarty Building Companies. The city knew it would need to house the administrative departments that would serve the public and be a place that welcomed and celebrated community, allowed for the sharing of ideas through public forums, and stood as a symbol for future success throughout the area.
McCarty Building Companies reached out to Tebarco Mechanical, an expert service contractor located in Alpharetta. The collaboration involved the planning, installation, and maintenance of industrial HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the facility located at the corner of Peachtree Road and North Druid Hills Road.
