Brookhaven City Hall
The city of Brookhaven, set just north of Atlanta, Georgia was looking for a place to build its city hall. Upon acquiring a parking lot once owned by MARTA in 2022, the city began planning out the type of facility – contracting with McCarty Building Companies.
Classic Center Arena
The Classic Center Arena has the ability to transform into a hockey rink, basketball court, and even a motocross or concert venue, but each have very different environmental needs. Tebarco Mechanical found a way to meet them all.
Mar-Jac Chicken Plant
Primus Builders, a commercial contracting company located in Woodstock, contacted Tebarco to partner with them in several phases of the Mar-Jac Poultry demolition, rebuilding, and remodeling project. Throughout the new construction phases, the teams at Tebarco delivered expert industrial plumbing services and executed commercial piping installation.
Trilith Studios
Fayette County, Georgia, located south of Atlanta, is home to Trilith Studios, an American film and television production company. Originally known as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, the studio has been used to produce many films, most notably those created by very popular Marvel movies.
The Windmark Beach Village Center
Located in Port St. Joe, Florida, The Windmark Beach Village Center consists of six low-rise buildings including a resort check-in facility, town hall and restaurant building, and four luxury condominium buildings.
The Art, Science, & Design Center
Located within the Atlanta International School, The Art, Science, & Design Center building presented Tebarco Mechanical with many challenges as the team worked to install professional grade HVAC and plumbing systems.
University of West Georgia
On the campus of the University of West Georgia, located in Carrolton, there is an all-new state-of-the-art nursing building that includes laboratories, classrooms, and simulation suites that provide nurses with an opportunity to conduct hands-on training. To simulate true medical facility experiences, the 640,000 square-foot building required HVAC and plumbing systems as well as a vacuum system and medical headboards.
U.S. Army Investigation
Located within the Defense Forensic Science Center at the Gillem Enclave, the United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory, USACIL, provides forensic laboratory services to the Department of Defense investigative agencies and other federal law enforcement agencies.
