Our Northwest Medical Center project, started in October 2015, is approaching completion.  This 150,000 square foot medical office building, located in Vinings was one of our trickier jobs.  Complete renovations were needed for the lobby and terrace level of the four-story building.  The office was originally constructed on top of a landfill.  Pylon beams were placed in the ground level to stabilize the earth, but over the years the land not directly near the beams began to sink.  The entire bottom floor had to be demolished in order to restabilize the building.  Tebarco was given the task of installing the new interior plumbing and HVAC system, in addition to moving existing piping, all while the upper levels of the building were occupied!  New South Construction is the contractor on this amazing feat of engineering and construction.  We thank them for their continued trust in our skills.
